Two children and two women were in a parked car when a man got inside Halloween night in the Hanson Park neighborhood, then fatally shot and robbed one of the women, according to Chicago police.
The woman, who was a passenger in the car, was the second of four people shot over a two-hour period Wednesday night in Chicago.
