Let's see how the local team did … The Bulls sent Jameer Nelson (no, that's not a mistake — he was a Bull for a week) to the Pistons for Willie Reed (who was then waived) and also sent Milocan Rakovic (no that's not a mistake — the Bulls have had his rights since 2014 even though he's never played) to the Trail Blazers for Noah Vonleh. Not the most exciting day. At least not in comparison to the Cavaliers, who traded Dwyane Wade, Derrick Rose and Isaiah Thomas. Good lord. But this is exciting: Kris Dunn is out of the concussion protocol and on track to play next week. And Lauri Markkanen is back from paternity leave and on track to play tomorrow. Us? We're excited to make snow angels. |
