Friday, Apr 20 It's almost crunch time, Bears. You don't have to tell us just yet, but do you know who you're picking on Thursday with the No. 8 pick in the 2018 NFL draft? In Brad Biggs' mock draft (2.0), he has the team selecting Notre Dame guard Quenton Nelson. Other Bears writers have the team going for defense, with Alabama defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick or Georgia linebacker Roquan Smith. On the Bears podcast, every option is discussed. And David Haugh says fans will be happy as long as GM Ryan Pace stays put at No. 8 (no sneaky draft antics this year, please). As for us, we'll just be happy when the pick is in, because we can update our "every Bears' first-round draft pick since 1975." Now, back to the big board! |
