Cubs President Theo Epstein addressed head-on Addison Russell's domestic violence suspension as well as ownership patriarch Joe Ricketts' racist emails. Regarding Russell, Epstein said: "We'll continue to be transparent with you and our fans about everything we're doing to try to attack this problem with domestic violence." Epstein also preached a message of tolerance after calling Ricketts' emails "ugly" and "disgusting."
