TPG refunding 8,000 NBN customers for slow speeds

More than 60 percent of TPG's FttN customers on the top speed tier could not reach those speeds, the ACCC has found, with one customer unable to get even 12/1Mbps speeds while paying for 100/40Mbps.

Wisconsin girl convicted in Slender Man stabbing sentenced to 25 years in mental hospital

Thursday, December 21, 2017, 3:30 PM CT

Anissa Weier, 16, one of two Wisconsin girls who tried to kill a classmate to win favor with a fictional horror character named Slender Man was sentenced Thursday to 25 years in a mental hospital, the maximum punishment possible.
