A person was shot by police after a fight with officers in Chicago's West Town neighborhood on the Near West Side on Wednesday, authorities said. The fight took place in the area of the 2000 block of West Washington Boulevard, a Chicago police spokesman said. No officers were injured, he said. The incident took place a little before 7 p.m.
