4-year-old girl shot in shoulder during drive-by shooting in Chicago's Gresham neighborhood

Tuesday, May 1, 2018, 9:26 PM CT

A 4-year-old girl sitting on a front porch with her parents was wounded in a drive-by shooting Tuesday evening in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side, police said.

The girl was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, where her condition was stabilized, police said. She was being transferred to Stroger Hospital, police said.
