A serial pedophile who admitted to abusing hundreds of boys eluded CPS scrutiny while he preyed on students

For a decade, a serial pedophile preyed on young boys while teaching at Chicago Public Schools. He remained in his job even after courts convicted him of abusing children outside the district. His time as a Chicago teacher has been little known until the Tribune pieced together a picture of his employment through his own testimony from prison and other records.
