President Donald Trump is ordering a troop withdrawal from Syria and a drawdown from Afghanistan. Both decisions will leave the U.S. less safe. If the president has a coherent justification, we'd like to hear it.

Uh oh! Chicago will have a huge field of good mayoral candidates. Choosing will be hard.

With so many strong mayoral candidates, Chicagoans have a lot of work to do understanding their positions, asking good questions.
