A five-time felon with 33 arrests, Marcus Moore pleaded guilty to aggravated battery for punching bartender Marques Gaines outside a River North 7-Eleven in February 2016. Gaines was then killed when he was run over by a cab after bystanders failed to come to his aid. Now, Moore is about to go free.
