Chicago chassis plant laying off workers and closing plant after losing Ford contract

ZF Chassis Systems Chicago, on the city's Southeast Side, is laying off 261 workers and closing in March after losing a contract with the nearby Ford Chicago Assembly Plant, which is ending production of Taurus sedans.
