Chicago alderman who tried Elon Musk's tunnel in LA still has 'a lot of questions'

Ald. Gilbert Villegas, 36th, took a ride in the transportation tunnel built by tech entrepreneur Elon Musk on Tuesday. Villegas said the trip was 'a little bumpy' but comfortable. He still wonders about how Musk's Chicago project will be financed and how taxpayers will be protected.
